Call to order. Noting a quorum present,
Jim Roche called the meeting to order at
7:00PM.
No citizens comments.
CQ/MD Motion to approve the minutes of Oct 11, 2011 5-0-0
CQ/PM Motion to approve the minutes of Nov 1, 2011 5-0-0
Brett Feldman and Pat Goldsmith did not vote on
the above as they had not yet arrived.
CQ/BF Motion to appropriate $2,000 from free cash 6-0-0
for Norfolk Aggie 2012 assessment.
Brett Feldman is now voting.
Revenues FY 2011 Budget to Actual
Susan Gagner went over the revenues
on what was budgeted vs. what was actual.
Old Business: None
New Business: Jim Roche mentioned that Linda Huempfner was in
the hospital and wished her a speedy recovery.
Jim Dacey stated that there would be a refunding bond
sale for tomorrow.
